Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Impactful Pitch, we understand that circumstances change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which services can be cancelled and what refunds or credits may be available.

Cancellation Rights

Clients have the right to cancel services under the following conditions:

• Before Service Commencement: Full refund if cancelled before any work begins
• During Initial Phase: Refund of 75% if cancelled within 7 days of service commencement
• Mid-Service: Refund of 50% if cancelled between 8-30 days of service commencement
• After 30 Days: No refund available; service credit may be issued at our discretion

Cancellation Process

To cancel your service, please follow these steps:

1. Send a written cancellation request to contact@impactfulpitch.com
2. Include your service agreement reference number and reason for cancellation
3. Our team will confirm receipt and process your cancellation within 5 business days
4. If eligible for a refund, funds will be returned within 10 business days

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled:

• Investor introductions that have already been completed
• Network access fees for investor databases
• Event registrations or workshop attendance
• Custom research or analysis that has been delivered
• Services already 80% or more complete

Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel only specific services within a package, prorated refunds will be calculated based on the portion of work completed. Please discuss this with your account manager to understand the exact terms.

Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if:

• Payment is not received within the agreed terms
• Client violates our terms of service
• Client provides false or misleading information
• Communication breakdown makes service delivery impossible or unproductive

In such cases, refunds will be calculated based on work completed at the time of suspension.

Scheduled Consultations

Cancellation of scheduled consultations follows this policy:

• 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee; can reschedule
• 24-48 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee applies
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-show: 100% loss of session fee (no refund)

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Special Circumstances

Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made in special circumstances, such as:

• Health emergencies or unforeseen personal crises
• Service failure on our part
• Business closure or inability to provide agreed services due to our circumstances

Modification of Policy

Impactful Pitch reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
